Photography Style & Approach
What is your photography style?
I have a natural editing style. What that means is that you will still look like you not like a doll for your skin. It a style that should be timeless
In some cases mostly editorial is where I try to make it as clean as possible
How do you work on the day of the shoot? Do you stay in the background or give direction?
I am a person who likes to interact with everyone and make sure that we get the pictures that we need
I also am very aware of those moments that can’t be recreated again (candid moments)
Can I provide a shot list, and do you follow one?
I always have my follow on how I capture an event or photoshoot to best way a story should be told
If you have a list of must that you should want we can always make time for that
Do you travel for shoots or events? If so, what are the travel fees?
Yes I travel for events within state, out of state or out of country.
Travel fee within state (less than 1hr 30min) - included in price unless you have multiple locations for your shoot which is driving most of the day
Travel fee out of state or country will depend on mileage if driving for gas or plane ticket reimbursement
Business & Contract Details
How many photos do you deliver, and what’s the usual turnaround time?
For events it ranges from 40 - 250 images but all depends on the package you select
My Standard for most photoshoots and 2 hour events is 2 weeks and for 6 hour events I would say 5-7 weeks
How are the final photos delivered?
Google drive, USB, or dropbox
What are your payment terms and deposit requirements?
Everything must be paid the day of the shoot or half of the payment. If half of the payment is only possible during that day. I wont start editing till I get paid the rest of the balance.
Is a contract required to book?
Yes, Finalizing a date and sending an invoice is required, with an email confirming you agree with everything
Do you offer rush delivery?
For fashion shows I can offer a 24 hour speed edit up to 5-10 highly edited images or 20 lightly edited images
Do you provide RAW files?
Yes the cost for all the raws will be $3000 on top of the serivce of the photoshoot
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Rescheduling is always welcomed
If you made a cancellation with a studio you have to still pay the studio time
Cancellation with a deposit already being made can result in different services as replacements
Cancelation the day of shoot will be $100 fee
Client Experience
How do you approach capturing an event or portrait session?
For events I try to capture candid moments, Sponsors, events host, speakers, and concept of the event. To tell a good highlight of the event that could be used for marketing materials
For portraits sessions I try to execute getting everyone comfortable because then that's when we all get the images that we love but technique I try to cover my basis as far as getting my Wides, mediums and tight shoots. I also try to make sure that I execute the concept of the shoot with my own ideas when there is time
Can I request specific shots or styles?
Yes, I even encourage it sometimes to get a better idea what you would like
How do you prepare clients before a shoot?
Make sure they bring makeup touch ups, fans, water, change of shoes for walking if necessary, warm coats, or be infront of the camera
What happens if the weather is bad for an outdoor shoot?
Reschedule,
Power through it and just make it happen
Find a location indoors
Do you work with a team or assistants for bigger events?
Yes I have a team of people that are on stand by if needed
Gear & Technical Questions
What equipment do you use?
Nikon z8 and z6ii - this will ensure you the best quality of camera images
Do you have backup gear on-site?
Yes I will bring my z6ii or my d750 if necessary
How do you handle low-light situations or unpredictable environments?
I would first try with my lense that are f2.8 or lower to see if I can work or bring out my flashes and or small continuous lights that I bring everywhere I go

Do you shoot editorial or cinematic-style photos for clients who want that look?
I would shoot whatever the client want to best execute this process
Do you offer social media ready edits?
Yes I do. From the right format so you can get the best quality on that video or photo
